Pixaroid provides free, browser-based image processing tools including compression, format conversion, resizing, editing, and AI-powered enhancements. All image processing occurs entirely within your browser using the Canvas API. No image data is transmitted to our servers.

3. Permitted Use

You may use Pixaroid for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or abuse the Service at scale
Remove or obscure any legal notices or attributions on the website
Reproduce or redistribute Pixaroid's source code without permission
Upload or process images depicting illegal content of any kind

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to images you process using Pixaroid. Because all processing is client-side, Pixaroid never receives, stores, or has access to your images. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any images you use with the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Pixaroid website, branding, logo, and source code are the intellectual property of Pixaroid. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without express written permission, except as permitted by applicable copyright law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Pixaroid does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce results of a specific quality. Image processing results may vary depending on your browser, device, and input files.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixaroid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
